「Wilko 的腰大肌訓練,徹底改寫了療癒領域的理解方式,是一門真正的「關鍵轉變」課程。


過去,腰大肌多半只被視為一條與骨盆穩定、髖關節屈曲,以及下肢平衡相關的功能性肌肉。這樣的觀點或許部分正確,但在 Wilko 的課堂中,我們清楚看見:腰大肌遠不只是結構性的存在,而是一個在身體與意識層面皆高度動態的核心。


它深刻影響著我們如何承載情緒、形塑行動意圖、儲存長期未被消化的埋怨與壓力;而這一切,並非單點作用,而是與整個身體形成一個持續互動、彼此牽動的整體系統。


這不只是一門學習技巧的課程,而是一場深度轉化的歷程。課程的設計明確地指向療癒師本身,基於一個關鍵的理解:

This was a really beautiful and calming post about the healing event because it made me think about how important it is to take time for ourselves and connect with things that help us feel balanced and supported. I didn’t realise before how events like this, focused on natural healing and community, can create a space that feels safe and encouraging for people who are going through stress or challenges in life.
